It's SNOW!! Those of you who don't live here have no idea how awesome this is. Every now and again we get ice storms and the snow is mixed with freezing rain and the power goes out and no one wants to be outside to watch. This though, is white fluffy specks falling softly all around. It is otherwise clear and cold.
Forgive me if I sound ridiculous, but man, it's georgeous. I really needed this today. You guys who get snow every year probably don't get it, but it never snows here really, till today. :) I'm so excited, I feel like a little kid and that too is rare around here.

I love seeing the first snow of the year. Or waking up to a brand new snowfall... I don't get to see that very often anymore.
We don't get snow in Houston, TX either but today it did!! I get your excitement. :)
We had our first snowfall this morning too Lindsay. While it doesn't hold the same appeal for me as it does for you, it was beautiful none the less...So glad it made you happy. Hugs

WOW ! ! ! Can't believe it's snowing... I love the muffled sound of life after some fresh snow. The world seems so peaceful when white. Enjoy the fluff and build a big snowman! Or snowgirl...
Now I am eager for our first snow, too... :)
Hi Lindsay. I'm sorry that I haven't commented on your posts lately. I fell so behind after my computer crashed. I hope your pregnancy is going well and that you are holding up good. We have beautiful snow over here too. It is heavenly.... as long as I don't have to go out in it! LOL
